Bespoke orders
All pieces are individually hand-painted and made to order. As each design is bespoke, slight variations may occur as part of the handmade process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details, spellings, names, and dates provided at the time of ordering are correct.
Ordering
Orders are placed via Etsy using the links provided throughout this website.
Once an order has been placed, customers will receive details regarding how and where to send their chosen bottle or item for painting.
Sending your Item
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and posting their chosen item to Once Upon a Bottle By Millie.
Tracked and insured postage is strongly recommended. Responsibility cannot be accepted for items lost or damaged in transit while being sent to the studio.
Turnaround Times
All pieces are hand-painted to order, and current turnaround times are typically 2–3 weeks depending on availability and order volume.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, seasonal demand, or large commission projects.
Packaging & Delivery
Finished pieces are carefully packaged before being returned to customers. Delivery times may vary depending on postal services and courier providers.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the personalised and bespoke nature of the products, refunds, cancellations, and returns are generally not accepted once work has begun.
Intellectual Property
