Refund Policy

Each piece created by Once Upon a Bottle By Millie is individually hand-painted and made to order with great care and attention to detail.

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of the products, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered once an order has been placed.

Personalised & Bespoke Orders

As every piece is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after the design process has started.

Please ensure that all spelling, dates, names, and personalisation details are checked carefully when placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your finished item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

Sending your Bottle or item

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and sending their chosen bottle or item to Once Upon a Bottle By Millie.

Tracked and insured postage is strongly recommended. Responsibility cannot be accepted for items lost or damaged in transit when being sent to the studio.

Returns

As products are personalised and created specifically for each customer, returns are not accepted.
