Each piece is hand-painted to order and carefully packaged before being returned to you.
Sending your item
Once your order has been placed via Etsy, you’ll receive details on where to send your chosen bottle or item so I can begin creating your bespoke piece. Please ensure your item is packaged securely before sending.
Turnaround Times
As every piece is individually hand-painted, current turnaround times are typically 2–3 weeks depending on availability and order volume. I’ll always do my best to complete your order as quickly as possible while ensuring every detail is finished with care.
Packaging & Delivery
All finished pieces are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon, making them perfect for gifting. Orders are securely packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
Important Information
Each piece is created by hand and designed to be treasured. Although every design is sealed with a protective finish, painted bottles and keepsakes should be handled with care and kept away from excessive moisture, heat, and rough surfaces.
