I’m Millie, the artist behind Once Upon a Bottle By Millie, based in the Cotswolds.
I’ve had a love for art for as long as I can remember, but I never imagined it would become anything more than a hobby.
In June 2025, I took a leap and turned that passion into something meaningful, creating hand-painted, personalised pieces designed to celebrate life’s most special moments.
Each bottle and candle is individually hand-painted and completely unique, created with care, detail, and a deep appreciation for the moment it represents.
Alongside running my business, I work full-time in paediatric surgery, and this creative space has become my escape, a place where I can slow down, be present, and express a different side of myself.
I’ve also had the opportunity to collaborate with brands, creating bespoke designs and limited edition collections that bring a personal, artistic touch to their products.
What started as a small idea has grown into something incredibly special to me, a way to combine my love for art with creating thoughtful, meaningful keepsakes for others.
